Privacy policy
A plain-language summary for the pilot. This page does not replace the operator’s final compliance documentation.
Account data
Email is used to identify access. It is encrypted before database storage; a keyed hash supports lookup.
Conversation data
Messages, free context and documents are application-encrypted at rest, but this is not end-to-end encryption.
Cookies
The pilot uses necessary authentication/session cookies and can use a trusted-device cookie when the user explicitly chooses it.
